WebEquity® provides a variety of training resources designed to acquaint users with all the time-saving capabilities at your organization’s disposal. You can choose the format and delivery method that’s most convenient, effective and economical for your people.
Training resources include:
- Web-based instructor-led eLearning courses—This cost-effective training consists of six to eight modular Webinars complete with data entry exercises and testing. Highly interactive, the real-time instruction enables students to benefit from a classroom-style learning environment without leaving the office. Modules are recorded and archived and available on demand.
- Tutorial resources—Short tutorials (from six to 25 minutes, depending on subject matter) are available to help bring users quickly up to speed on the WebEquity solution. These self-guided courses are available online and cover a wide range of “how-to” topics.
- On-demand training modules—Available online, versions of these recorded presentations are self-guided training which is tailored to both end users and system administrators. The modules explain different features of the WebEquity software and provide an in-depth exploration of its features and functionality. This convenient training tool allows your staff to complete training on your schedule and is complete with testing modules to measure and reinforce the knowledge process.
- In-house training—Upon request, WebEquity provides instructor-led training on-site at your location.
- Customized training—If you prefer, WebEquity will develop customized training modules to meet the needs of your organization at your request.
- Additional resources—More instruction is available to our customers via Cool Features Webcasts, the online eHelp system, and a WebEquity Webinar Library containing “Tips & Tricks” as well as tutorials for system administrators and end users.
