Position Title – WebEquity Education Consultant – Agricultural Lending

Position Description
WebEquity is actively looking for a Education Consultant – Agricultural Lending located in our downtown Omaha office. In this role, you will:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of WebEquity’s software, including its applications and capabilities
- Provide training on the WebEquity product to internal and external customers.
- Provide additional insight to the Support team as needed.
- Periodically engage in product evaluation and testing, and providing clear and concise feedback to the Software Development team.
- Leverage existing banking industry experience working closely with product development, management, sales and the WebEquity customers to define product enhancements. Includes research of proposed enhancements, specifications documentation and quality assurance.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to travel required.
- 5+ years experience working in the banking industry with an emphasis on agricultural lending.
- A strong grasp of financial concepts, with a particular emphasis on agricultural lending and financial analysis.
- A history of logical decisions and close attention to detail.
- Able to maintain a professional demeanor at all times and in all interactions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of the WebEquity product.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to articulate technical concepts to a nontechnical audience and provide directions in a friendly and understandable manner.
- Prior experience in a software support environment or experience with database applications.
- Highly analytical.
