Position Title – Software Sales Representative

Position Description
At WebEquity Solutions, we are committed to finding the right sales representatives, nurturing them in a competitive environment, and watching them grow into successful sales professionals. As the driving force behind our growth, WebEquity is actively seeking Software Sales Representatives to sell our industry-leading, on-demand lending software to financial institutions nationwide.
As a Software Sales Representative, you will:
- Identify key decision makers through internet research and campaign calling
- Schedule internet-based appointments with key decision makers and project groups
- Educate customers on how our software will help them work smart and lend profitably
- Understand the prospects’ current lending environment and value proposition requirements
- Collaborate with sales engineers to conduct product demonstrations
- Build and present proposals to prospective customers
- Earn a competitive base salary + commission
Qualifications
- 4-year degree from an accredited institution required
- Minimum 1-year proven track record of sales experience required
- Education-based marketing experience a plus
- 100% commission-based sales experience a plus
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
- Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time
- Fundamental understanding of income statements, balance sheets, and basic accounting a plus
- Exemplary interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels within an organization
- Self-starter with aptitude to learn in a fast-paced sales environment
- Outstanding organization and time management skills
